Customizing the visual elements of your store’s widgets can significantly impact how customers perceive your brand. Let’s dive into setting up your branding preferences!

Who can use this feature?

This feature is available in all plans.

1. Access and first setting up

Access the Branding settings via the left-hand side menu.

Select the preset appearance you’d like for your widgets.

2. General Appearance Settings

General appearance settings enable you to edit various branding assets for your storefront, including:

  • Shop’s Avatar: Set this for your shop’s replies to reviews and questions.

  • Shop’s Logo in Emails: Used in email notifications.

  • Shop’s Logo Format: Choose the format for your shop’s logo.

  • Customer Avatar: Select a display color for customer avatars.

  • Customer Name Format and Color: Customize how customer names appear.

3. Review Appearance

Star Rating Style and Color: Choose the style and color for your star ratings.

4. Verified Review Badge

Verified Review Badge settings enable you to edit Badge style for your storefront, including:

  • Enable Badge: Toggle this to display a verified review badge on product reviews.

  • Display Options: Choose to show the 'Verified' text, select a badge icon, and pick a badge color.

  • Positioning: Decide whether to display the badge after the star rating or the customer name.

5. Country Flag

Enable: Turn this on to display the customer's country flag next to their name.

6. Advanced Settings

Text Font: Select the font for text displayed on widgets.

Customize CSS: Input any custom CSS code to further style your widgets.
