# Consent activities

Welcome to our user guide! We're here to help you understand how to manage and track your visitor's cookie acceptance on your website. This guide will walk you through the process in a friendly and easy-to-understand manner. So, let's get started!

### Policy Acceptance[](https://help.avada.app/cookie/what-does-consent-activities-have/#policy-acceptance) <a href="#policy-acceptance" id="policy-acceptance"></a>

The Policy Acceptance feature allows you to manage and track if and when a visitor has accepted cookies on your website. This is a great way to ensure you're complying with privacy regulations and providing a transparent user experience.

Here's a snapshot of what it looks like:

When you click on the 'Export' button, you'll download a CSV file containing a list of cookies for your store. This includes information such as the accepted page, given consent, IP address, and the time it was created.

### Data Requests[](https://help.avada.app/cookie/what-does-consent-activities-have/#data-requests) <a href="#data-requests" id="data-requests"></a>

The Data Requests feature is another handy tool you can use.

Here's what it looks like:

When you click on 'Export' here, you'll download a CSV file that includes the request number, email, type of request, IP address, and the time it was created.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.avada.io/cookie-help-center/banner-settings/consent-activities.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
