Set up Consent compliance on Customized domain Customer Account pages

This feature allows you to display a cookie banner on Customer Account page hosted on a customized domain

Make sure your customized domain for the Customer Account page is properly connected before enabling this feature (e.g., account.yourstore.com)

Step 1: Enable the Banner and sync consent

• In your app dashboard, go to Settings > Banner Settings.

• Toggle Enable Banner Setup to ON — this allows consent data to be transmitted and the banner to be displayed on the Customer Account page.

Step 2: Add Consent Banner in the Theme Editor

• Click the Add Banner Block button in the app.

• This action will redirect you to Shopify’s Theme Editor, where you can insert the banner block into your Customer Account template.
