May 15 - Subscribers Tab Moved to Subscriptions Page

Relocates the Subscribers tab inside the Subscriptions page, giving you a single unified place to view both your subscriptions and the subscribers behind them without switching between separate menu items.

Adds a customizable retention flow that engages subscribers attempting to cancel or pause, offering tailored actions (discount, gift, product swap, skip, change frequency) based on the reason they select. Helps merchants reduce churn and capture feedback before subscribers leave.

Apr 1 - Activity Logs for Subscription Details

Provides a complete audit trail for every subscription, showing all changes made by merchants, customers, or the system — including edits to products, pricing, frequency, payment methods, billing attempts, and emails. Helps merchants understand exactly what happened to each subscription and when, with before/after data comparison and the ability to retry failed payments or resend emails directly from the log.

Mar 31 - Upgrade Notification for Selling Plan V2

Introduces email and in-app notifications for stores still using Selling Plan V1, inviting them to upgrade to the latest version. Merchants can request an upgrade directly through a one-click "Contact for Upgrade" button that opens a support conversation automatically.

Mar 27 - Inventory Forecasting

Provides a forecasting tool that estimates the quantity of each product needed to fulfill upcoming subscription orders over the next 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Includes restock alerts when current inventory falls below forecasted demand, helping you plan ahead and avoid stockouts.
