# Company orders

View all orders for a specific B2B company. Filter by payment status, print invoices, download PDFs, send emails, and combine multiple orders into a single invoice.

## Why This Matters

* Track all orders and payments for individual B2B customers
* Process invoices efficiently with bulk actions
* Combine orders for consolidated billing
* Monitor overdue payments and outstanding balances

## How It Works

When you click a company name in B2B Purchases, you see all orders for that company. The page shows order details, payment status, amounts owed, and due dates. You can filter, sort, and perform actions on individual orders or in bulk.

## View Company Orders

### Go to B2B Purchases

Navigate to **B2B Purchases** in the sidebar.

### Click a company name

Click on any company name in the table to open their order detail page.

### Review the order list

You'll see all orders for this company with payment status and amounts.

### Order Table Columns

| Column         | Description                                            |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| Order          | Order name (e.g., #1001) with note icon if notes exist |
| Customer       | Contact who placed the order                           |
| Issued Date    | When the order was created                             |
| Payment Status | Badge showing payment state                            |
| Payment Terms  | Net 7, Net 30, Net 45, Net 90, or None                 |
| Due Date       | Payment due date (highlighted red if overdue)          |
| Order Value    | Total order amount                                     |
| Amount Paid    | Amount already paid                                    |
| Amount Owed    | Outstanding balance                                    |
| Destination    | Shipping address                                       |
| Actions        | Print, Download, Send icons                            |

## Filter by Payment Status

Use the status tabs above the table to quickly filter orders:

* **All**: Show all orders for this company
* **Paid**: Only fully paid orders
* **Unpaid**: Orders awaiting payment
* **Overdue**: Orders past their payment due date

## Filter Orders

Click **Filter** above the table to narrow your list.

### Available Filters

| Filter               | Options                                                |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| Financial Status     | Paid, Partially Paid, Pending, Overdue, Unpaid         |
| Fulfillment Status   | Fulfilled, Unfulfilled, Partially Fulfilled, Scheduled |
| Payment Terms        | Net 7, Net 30, Net 45, Net 90, None                    |
| Due Date             | Today, Tomorrow, or custom date                        |
| Assigned Customer    | Search and select a contact                            |
| Assigned Territories | Filter by shipping destination                         |

Click **Clear** to reset all filters.

## Sort Orders

Click the **Sort** dropdown to change the order:

* Order (Oldest to Newest)
* Order (Newest to Oldest)
* Price (Low to High)
* Price (High to Low)

Locate the desired order in the list.

Click the **printer icon** in the Actions column to open the print page.

Choose your template(s) and language on the print page.

Click **Download** to save the PDF, then print.

The combined PDF downloads automatically.

### Download Unpaid Orders

Use the **Download Unpaid** action in the secondary bulk actions to quickly download all unpaid orders for this company.

### Download Historical Orders

Click **Download Historical Orders** in the page header (top-right).

### Select template and language

Select a template and language in the modal.

### Download

Click **Download** to generate the PDF. This creates a combined document containing all past invoices for the company, useful for record-keeping or audits.

## Send Orders

### Single Order

Click the **send icon** on the order row to open the send modal.

### Configure the email

| Send To          | Recipient email (pre-filled from contact) |
| Bcc Email        | Add up to 5 additional recipients         |
| Invoice Template | Select your template                      |
| Language         | Choose billing language or custom         |

### Send the email

Click **Send** to deliver the invoice. The recipient receives an email with the PDF attached.

### Send Unpaid Orders

Use the **Send Unpaid** action to quickly email invoices for all unpaid orders to remind customers of outstanding balances.

## Combine Orders

Merge multiple orders from the same company into a single invoice. Select 2-10 unpaid orders and click **Combine Orders** in the bulk action bar to create a consolidated invoice.

## View Statistics

At the top of the company orders page, you'll see summary statistics:

| Metric                | Description                              |
| --------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| Total Order Value     | Sum of all orders in the selected period |
| Total Amount Paid     | Total payments received                  |
| Total Amount Owed     | Outstanding balance across all orders    |
| Total Amount Past Due | Overdue payments requiring attention     |

Use the date range selector to view statistics for different periods:

* **This Month**: Current month compared to previous month
* **Last 30 Days**: Rolling 30-day period

## Common Questions & Issues

<summary>I can't combine orders. The button is disabled.</summary>

The Combine Orders feature requires 2-10 orders selected. Check that you have at least 2 orders selected and no more than 10. All selected orders must be from the same company and have compatible statuses. Orders with conflicting currencies or certain payment states may not be combinable.

<summary>The due date shows in red but it's not overdue.</summary>

Due dates display in red when the payment is due today or is already overdue. This visual highlight helps you quickly identify orders needing immediate attention. Check the Payment Status column for the exact status.

<details>

<summary>Amount Owed doesn't match what I expected.</summary>

Amount Owed is calculated as Order Value minus Amount Paid. If payments were made outside of Shopify (bank transfer, check), they won't automatically reflect here. Update payment status in Shopify Admin to keep amounts accurate.

<summary>How do I mark an order as paid?</summary>

Payment status syncs from Shopify. To mark an order as paid, go to **Shopify Admin > Orders**, find the order, and record the payment there. The status will sync to the app within a few moments.

<details>

<summary>Can I see orders from all companies in one list?</summary>

This page shows orders for one company at a time. To see all B2B orders across companies, use the main **Orders** page and look for orders with company associations. You can also return to B2B Purchases to see aggregate statistics across all companies.

<summary>The statistics don't include all my orders.</summary>

Statistics are filtered by the selected date range (This Month or Last 30 Days). Orders outside this range aren't included in the totals. Change the date range selector to see different periods.
