URL manager

The URL Manager allows you to manage the list of URLs (Product, Collection, Blog, Page) that are exposed to AI through the LLMs.txt file.

URL Table Overview

The URL Manager is divided into four page types: Product, Collection, Blog, and Page. Each URL includes the following columns:

• URL

• Status: Describes the current state of the selected URL.

  • Included: The URL is listed in LLMs.txt.

  • Excluded: The URL is not listed in LLMs.txt.

• Control: Indicates how the URL is managed.

  • Auto: The URL follows the general Included Content rule.

  • Manual: The URL follows a specific rule set in the URL Manager.

• Last Update: Shows the most recent time the URL was updated.

• Action: Allows you to exclude URLs currently included. Including excluded URLs is not supported due to a technical limitation.

Additional Features

• Search: Quickly find URLs by keyword.

• Sort: Organize URLs by column values.

• Select: Choose one or multiple URLs to manage in bulk.
