Key Concepts
Draft Order: An order created in Shopify that hasn't been paid yet. Send it to customers as a quote or invoice, and convert it to a real order when they pay.
Status: Open (not sent), Invoice Sent, Quote Sent, or Completed (converted to order).
Expiry: Draft orders expire 30 days after creation. After expiry, customers can no longer use the checkout link.
