Availability
1. Staff Assignment
Assign which staff members are allowed to perform this service.
How it works:
A service is only bookable when at least one assigned staff member is available. Availability is determined by each staff member’s individual working hours.
Default behavior:
If you have not added additional staff, the system automatically assigns the store owner as the default staff member.
The store owner’s availability is based on your Business Hours.
This ensures every service has at least one assigned staff member and is ready for customers by default.

2. Booking Settings
Control how far in advance customers can book and the minimum notice required before an appointment.
You can choose from three booking window options:
🔹 Option 1: Until a Specific Number of Days
Customers can book up to a defined number of days in advance.

Field: Number of days (Default: 365)
Examples:
30 days → Customers can book 1 month ahead
90 days → Customers can book 3 months ahead
365 days → 1 year of availability
Best for: Most service-based businesses that want controlled and predictable booking windows.
Minimum Notice Required
Define how early before an appointment customers must book. (Default: 60 minutes)
Examples:
60 minutes → Same-day bookings
2–4 hours → When preparation time is needed
24 hours → Standard service requirement
48+ hours → Services requiring significant preparation
Option 2: Within a Date Range
Customers can only book within a specific start and end date.

Customers can only book within a specific start and end date.
Fields:

End: Aug 1, 2026 → Appointments are only available within this window.
Minimum Notice Required
Same rule as Option 1.
Best for:
Seasonal services
Limited-time events

Campaign-based booking windows
Option 3: Any Dates in the Future
Customers can book appointments for any future date with no upper limit.

Note: Most merchants should avoid this option, as allowing unlimited future bookings may lead to scheduling issues or reduced flexibility.
