Manage Appointments

Easily manage all customer bookings from one centralized dashboard. View, filter, create, and edit appointments with full control.

Overview

The Appointments page is your main hub for handling all customer bookings. From here, you can:

  • View upcoming and past appointments

  • Create new appointments manually

  • Edit booking details

  • Review customer information and booking history

This ensures you always have a complete picture of your business activity.

Viewing Your Appointments

Appointments List

All bookings are displayed in a structured table, giving you a clear and organized view of customer activity. Each row includes essential information so you can quickly understand and manage each appointment.

Filter Tabs

Switch between appointment categories:

Upcoming (Default)

  • Shows all future appointments, including today

  • Useful for daily operations and schedule planning

Past

  • Shows all completed or expired appointments (based on end time)

  • Helpful for record-keeping, reporting, or reviewing customer history

Appointment Table Details

Each appointment row includes:

1. Book ID

  • A unique identifier for the appointment

  • Clickable to open full details

  • Useful for customer support and internal tracking

2. Services

Displays the service that the customer booked

3. Appointment Details

Three key details in one section:

  • Appointment date & time

  • Number of attendees

  • Duration (if applicable)

4. Customer

Shows the customer’s contact information:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email

This helps you quickly reach out or review their booking history.

5. Status

Shows both:

  • Appointment status: Approved, Arrived, Completed, No-show, Rejected.

  • Payment status: Unpaid, Paid.

You can update these statuses as needed.

6. Actions

Click the Edit (pencil) icon to modify:

  • Service

  • Appointment date, time, attendees

  • Customer details

  • Payment status (if applicable)

Creating New Appointments

You can manually add appointments for:

  • Walk-ins

  • Phone or in-person bookings

  • Admin-created reservations

Filtering and Searching

Use the search icon (🔍) to find appointments by:

  • Book ID

  • Service name

Filters

Use the filter icon (≡) to narrow appointments by:

  • Date range

  • Service

  • Appointment status

  • Payment status

These tools help you locate any booking instantly.

Editing an Appointment

When you click the Edit icon, you’ll be taken to the appointment’s detail page.

You can update:

  • Service

  • Appointment date & time

  • Number of attendees

  • Customer information

  • Billing or payment details

Click Save after making any changes.
