How to configure your first post-purchase offer?

This guide will help you to recommend complementary items to your customers after checkout through Post-purchase cross-sell offers. Let's get started!
To start, please click on the Select button located in the Post-purchase cross-sell section to create your offer.
Next, you can change the Offer name for easier management. Don't worry, your customers won't see this name.
Please click on the Browse button to select the products you want to apply this offer to.
Tick the box next to the desired products and click on the Select button in the pop-up Select product window.
Similar to the Trigger conditions, please click on the Browse button and select the desired products to display in the Select offer products section. You can select a maximum of 10 offer products.
Please enable the Discount feature if you wish to use it.
For Percentage/Fixed amount: Enter the value you want to discount.
For Free shipping: Tick the box if you want to offer free shipping for the offer products.
You can change the Offer title as per your preference. You can use the {{value_discount}} variable to display the discount value.
If you want to display a countdown timer on the Post-purchase page, please tick the Show countdown timer box.
Countdown timer: Enter the starting time for the countdown.
Countdown text: Enter the countdown text.
You can set the start and end dates for your offer.
Start dates: The offer will be displayed and effective from the date you set in the Start date.
End date: The offer will be hidden from the time you set in the End date.
Remember to tick the Set end date box to set up the End date.
You can track all these settings on the Preview screen on the right.
