llms-full.txt
The full-content companion to llms.txt — everything an AI needs, in a single file.
llms-full.txt is served at yourstore.com/llms-full.txt. It uses the same structure as llms.txt but inlines much more detail — descriptions, variants, availability, and page content — so an AI assistant can ingest your full store context in one fetch instead of following many links.
llms.txt vs llms-full.txt
Where llms.txt is a concise index (title + URL + short note), llms-full.txt adds the depth:
- Store information — brand, contact, shipping, and returns summarized up front
- Products with full detail — price, availability, variants, and descriptions
- Collections and pages — with their content inlined rather than just linked
Think of
llms.txtas the table of contents andllms-full.txtas the full book — same outline, far more text.
Where to find it
In Avada AEO optimizer, open agent.md and llms.txt and select the llms-full.txt tab. Click the URL (e.g. https://yourstore.com/llms-full.txt) to view the live file generated for your store.
Before AI can read it: your storefront password must be off — click Disable password in the banner if shown.
Custom llms-full.txt
By default, llms-full.txt is generated for you and stays in sync with your store. To override it with your own instructions, turn on Custom llms-full.txt, then click Edit. Click Sync anytime to refresh the file from your store and return to the auto-generated version.
What's included
llms-full.txt is built from the same Settings as llms.txt — the content types (Pages, Collections, Blog posts, Products), fields, and languages you choose apply to both files.
When it matters most
- Text-heavy stores where product descriptions and guides carry the buying decision.
- Merchants who want an AI to answer detailed spec, variant, or availability questions accurately.
- Cases where you'd rather give the AI complete context in one request than have it crawl page by page.
Tip: keep your included content focused. A rich
llms-full.txtis valuable, but an overly large file is slower for AI to read.
