Edit your files while your product list keeps syncing
You can now customize your llms.txt and llms-full.txt without turning them into static files. The list of product, collection, and page URLs is managed in the URL Manager — it appears read-only in the editor and keeps updating automatically as your store changes. To add or remove URLs, use the URL Manager (not the editor), so new products keep flowing into your files. The editor is for your own store content, like descriptions and intros.
June 2026
agent.md, llms.txt & llms-full.txt — all in one place
Your AI files now live together on a single page (renamed to "agent.md and llms.txt"). Alongside llms.txt, you get agent.md — the file AI shopping agents read to learn how to buy from your store — and llms-full.txt, a full-detail version with descriptions, variants, and availability inlined. Each file can be auto-generated for you or customized with your own instructions.
A rich editor for every file
Click Edit on any file to open a full editor with both a visual (WYSIWYG) view and a Markdown view. Format text, add headings, lists, links, and images — no Markdown knowledge needed.
Additional .txt files
Create extra, topic-specific .txt files (like shipping or FAQ) that link from your main llms.txt, giving AI assistants deeper context without bloating your main file.
Markdown Alternate Pages — now smarter
The clean markdown versions of your store pages got a big upgrade. Alternate page URLs now follow your store's own handles, so they're predictable and easy for AI agents to find. Every link inside a markdown page is now a full, absolute storefront URL, and you can include your own custom metafields in the markdown output — giving AI assistants even richer context about each product and page.
llms.txt as a Theme Asset
Your LLMs.txt file can now be served as a theme asset, giving you a more reliable, native way to host it directly from your Shopify theme.
Faster Content Updates
Content syncing is now event-driven. Instead of checking for changes on a schedule, the app now updates your LLMs.txt and markdown files right after Shopify finishes processing a change — so AI assistants see your latest products and pricing sooner.
Other Improvements
- Preview now reflects your correct storefront domain across LLMs.txt, markdown source, and link lists.
- Streamlined the dashboard by tidying up setup and status sections.
Bug fixes
Improved sync reliability for large catalogs and fixed duplicate market pricing so each country now shows a single, correct price. Also fixed custom shop domains not resolving correctly and resolved editor crashes when creating or editing custom markdown pages.
May 2026
Custom Markdown Pages
You can now add your own custom markdown pages alongside the ones generated from your store content, giving AI agents extra context you write yourself.
Other Improvements
- More efficient markdown syncing, with only published content included.
Bug fixes
Fixed incorrect market country codes appearing in LLMs.txt for multi-market stores.
April 2026
Markdown Alternate Pages
AI agents read markdown far better than raw HTML. Your store can now serve clean, markdown versions of its pages — a lightweight, AI-friendly copy of your products, collections, articles, and pages that assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity can parse accurately. This new feature comes with a redesigned interface for managing it.
Other Improvements
- Article and page entries now use your meta description for cleaner, more accurate summaries.
- Out-of-stock products can now be excluded from your LLMs.txt file.
Bug fixes
Unpublished products are now filtered out at the source, so they no longer slip into your files, and fixed an incorrect subpath in markdown alternate page links.
March 2026
Bug fixes
Fixed a display error when paging through your URL list, where some fields could appear duplicated on later pages.
February 2026
Additional Fields V2
Managing custom store metadata is now easier with the redesigned Additional Fields interface. Drag and drop to reorder fields, edit names and values inline with confirmation dialogs, and enjoy automatic saving after every action. Duplicate field names are now caught before saving.
Other Improvements
- Fixed Dutch (NL) translation display issue.
- Improved field validation and UI consistency in Additional Fields.
January 2026
Additional Fields
Add custom store information to your LLMs.txt file header — things like your brand name, shipping policy, or return policy. These key-value fields give AI assistants more context about your store beyond product listings, helping them answer customer questions about policies and brand details.
Other Improvements
- Products in LLMs.txt now only include items published to your Online Store, filtering out draft or non-storefront products.
Bug fixes
Fixed settings save failures and URL Manager navigation issues.
December 2025
Dashboard Redesign
Based on your feedback, the dashboard now shows everything you need at a glance: LLM Status Card (published/unpublished + last generated time), Analysis Card (total, included, and excluded URL counts), improved onboarding checklist, and helpful insight posts. The layout is now fully responsive across all screen sizes.
Other Improvements
- Features are now auto-enabled when you install the app for a smoother first experience.
- Accurate URL count display in the preview.
Bug fixes
Fixed LLMs.txt not loading in certain browser configurations, menu highlighting, responsive display on the settings page, and banner behavior after reinstall.
November 2025
Daily Auto-Update
The daily auto-update schedule now correctly triggers a full rescan and rebuild of your LLMs.txt file every day, ensuring AI assistants always have your latest products and pricing.
URL Manager Improvements
Better navigation, improved filter logic, and the template fields no longer reset when you change your content selection.
Other Improvements
- URL count banner helps you understand your LLMs.txt coverage at a glance.
- Improved date/time formatting across the app.
Bug fixes
Fixed filter logic for blog content, template fields resetting after content changes, and various responsive layout issues.
October 2025
Multi-Language LLMs.txt
Stores selling in multiple languages can now generate LLMs.txt files with sections for each locale. Each language gets its own product, collection, article, and page sections with translated titles, localized URLs, and market-specific pricing.
In-App Translations
The app is now available in 12 languages: English, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese (BR), Swedish, Vietnamese, and Chinese (Simplified). The app auto-detects your Shopify admin language.
Other Improvements
- More accurate URL counts and exclusion tracking.
- Dashboard insight banners and navigation improvements.
Bug fixes
Fixed incorrect URLs appearing in multi-language LLMs.txt files and URL counting inaccuracies.
September 2025
URL Manager
Take granular control over your LLMs.txt content. The new URL Manager lets you browse all store URLs across four tabs (Products, Collections, Blog, Pages), search by keyword, and individually include or exclude specific URLs — overriding your automatic content filter rules.
Template & Fields
A new settings section lets you choose which fields appear in your LLMs.txt file for each content type. Products can display Title, URL, and Price; other types show Title and URL.
Other Improvements
- Pages (About, Contact, etc.) now appear in URL Manager alongside other content types.
- Improved search with keyword and handle matching.
Bug fixes
Fixed preview not reflecting manual exclusions, search not working correctly, and Pages tab failing to load.
August 2025
