Manage Avada Age Verification with Shopify Sidekick — Ask Questions or Get It Done
Avada Age Verification now works with Shopify Sidekick, the AI assistant built into your Shopify Admin. Ask Sidekick questions about your age gate setup, or tell it to make changes for you — all without leaving your current page.
What you can ask Sidekick to do
- Check your setup - see which products or collections currently have age verification turned on, and review your current configuration.
- Check performance - get your verification pass/fail stats for any period you ask about.
- Make changes - instead of just asking about your age gate, tell Sidekick to update the configuration for you directly.
Prerequisites
- Avada Age Verification must be installed on your store.
- Shopify Sidekick must be available on your store (Shopify is rolling this out gradually to all Admin accounts).
Open Sidekick
Click the Sidekick icon in the top-right corner of Shopify Admin.
Ask or tell Sidekick what you need
Type your question or request in plain language. Sidekick recognizes Avada Age Verification and either pulls the relevant data straight from your store, or makes the change you asked for.
What you can ask

Sidekick reads live data from your store, so answers always reflect your current age gate configuration.
Tips
- If Sidekick doesn't recognize a question about Avada Age Verification, try rephrasing using the setting or metric name (for example, "age gate" instead of "verification popup").
- Sidekick complements the app - use the Dashboard for full campaign management, and Sidekick for a quick answer while you're working elsewhere in Admin.
