Store information

Configure the branding and contact details that appear on every document — logo, address, tax IDs — and decide whether customers can view or print their order from your online store.

Overview

Store information is the foundation every template draws from. Set it once and every invoice, packing slip, refund and draft order picks up the same logo, address, VAT number and email contact. A second tab also controls a "Print" button you can offer customers on the order status page.

How to use

Section 1: Store details

Go to Home > Setting > Store details. Fill in:

• Logo — JPG or PNG, max 1 MB. Adjust height and width to fit your template layout.
• Address — used as the seller address on every document.
• VAT number — required in most EU and UK markets.
• Phone — appears in document footers.
• Email contact — the address customers reply to.
• Registered number — company registration number for jurisdictions that require it.
• Barcode display — toggle on if you want the order barcode printed.

Save when done. Existing templates pick up the new values immediately.

Section 2: Online store

Go to Home > Setting > Online store to expose a "Print" or "View order" button on the customer's order status page.

• Enable view order on online store — turn the feature on.
• Order template — choose which template the button uses (Invoice, Order, Refund, Packing Slip).
• Button label — custom text for the button (e.g. "Download invoice", "Print my order").

Customers can now grab their PDF directly from the order page without contacting support.

Tips

• Use a transparent PNG logo for cleaner output on coloured backgrounds.
• Double-check the VAT and registered number fields — they print on every invoice and are hard to fix retroactively.
• Set the customer-facing button label to match your store's voice ("Download invoice" feels less formal than "Print order").
