Row Actions
Edit
Opens the course edit page so you can change content, modules, lessons, and settings.
- Click Edit in the row action menu, or click the course name
- No confirmation needed
Duplicate
Creates a copy of the course as a new Draft.
- The new course is named "Copy of [original name]"
- All modules, lessons, and content are copied
- Students and enrollments are not copied
- The Shopify Product link is not copied
Delete
Permanently removes the course and all related data.
- All modules, lessons, and enrollments are deleted
- The linked Shopify Product is set to Draft, not deleted
- If the course has enrolled students, you must type the course name to confirm
Publishing or Unpublishing
Publishing a course
- Open the course in edit mode
- Confirm it has a title, at least one Published lesson, and (if Private) a linked Shopify Product
- Click Publish at the top right
- A success toast appears with a link to view the course on your storefront
Unpublishing a course
- Open a published course
- Click Unpublish at the top right
- The course returns to Draft and disappears from the storefront for new visitors
- Students who already enrolled keep their access and progress
Important Rules
- The list shows 20 courses per page; use pagination to see more
- Deleting a course cannot be undone — students lose access immediately
- Duplicating always produces a Draft so you can edit safely before publishing
- Publishing fails with a clear error if the course has no title, no Published lesson, or no linked Shopify Product (when Private)
- Unpublishing does not revoke existing enrollments; students can still finish the course
- If the linked Shopify Product is deleted outside the app, the course automatically returns to Draft
