Mail Notifications
Sender details and the templates for automated emails. Best for: making emails look like they come from your store and adapting their content.
- Sender name — name shown in the student's inbox; defaults to your store name
- Reply-to email — address that receives replies from students
- Welcome / Enrollment Confirmation — sent when a student is enrolled; supports
{{student_name}},{{course_name}},{{course_url}},{{store_name}} - Course Completion — sent when a student finishes all lessons; supports
{{student_name}},{{course_name}},{{completion_date}},{{store_name}} - Each template has an Enable toggle, editable subject and body, Preview button, and Send test button
Integrations
Placeholder tab for third-party connections. Best for: future use; this tab has no active features in the current version.

Updating Settings
- Open the tab you want to edit
- Change any field — a save bar appears at the top of the page
- For email templates, click Preview to see the rendered email and Send test to email yourself a real version
- Click Save to apply changes
- Or click Discard to revert your edits
Important Rules
- Changes take effect immediately after saving
- Each tab has its own pending changes; switching tabs prompts you if you have unsaved edits
- Auto-revoke only triggers when a refund includes specific line items; refunds with only a money amount are logged but never auto-revoke access
- The primary color must be a valid hex code; invalid values are highlighted and block saving
- Disabled email templates are not sent, even when their trigger fires
- Variables outside the supported list appear as raw text in the email
- Storefront text labels accept plain text only — no HTML or special formatting
- The current version supports two email templates only; drip and expiring-access emails are planned for a later release
- The app cannot increase your storage quota — clean up unused files when you approach the limit
