Manage Your Avada Order Limits Directly From Shopify Sidekick
Avada Order Limits now works with Shopify Sidekick, the AI assistant built into your Shopify Admin. Ask Sidekick questions about your order limit rules, or tell it to take action on your behalf - all without leaving your current page.
With Sidekick, you can:
- Ask about your active order limit rules and how many you have
- Check which orders were recently blocked and why
- Get a summary overview of all your rule types
- Tell Sidekick to make changes to your rules directly
Prerequisites
- Avada Order Limits must be installed on your store.
- Shopify Sidekick must be available on your store (Shopify is rolling this out gradually to all Admin accounts).
Open Sidekick
Click the Sidekick icon in the top-right corner of Shopify Admin.
Ask about Avada Order Limits
Type your question or request in plain language. Sidekick recognizes Avada Order Limits and pulls the relevant data straight from your store - or makes the change you asked for.
What you can ask

Tips
- If Sidekick doesn't recognize a question about Avada Order Limits, try rephrasing using the setting or metric name (for example, "limit rules" instead of "order caps").
- Sidekick complements the app - use the Dashboard for full rule management, and Sidekick for a quick answer while you're working elsewhere in Admin.
