Rule Setup
Introduction
What you should know about Rule Setup
Setting up rules in recurring invoice mode is quite similar to normal subscription setups, but there are a few key differences to keep in mind:
Rule-based flexibility: Unlike product-based subscriptions, rules allow you to apply subscription logic to all products in your store or just a selected group. This provides greater control and adaptability for your offerings.
Invoice reminder scheduling: Instead of a fixed renewal date, you can schedule the invoice reminder date down to the exact hour, ensuring timely communication with your customers.
Simplified requirements: In recurring invoice mode, customers can pause or cancel their subscriptions anytime by ignoring the reminder email. Therefore, the requirement section only supports setting a maximum number of orders, as a minimum order count would no longer be relevant.
These adjustments ensure recurring invoice rules are tailored for maximum flexibility while maintaining a seamless experience for you and your customers.
