Joy Subscriptions provides merchants with the ability to view and manage all subscribers who have registered for your store’s subscription services. This feature enables you to keep track of your customers' subscriptions, ensuring that you can provide excellent service and address any issues that may arise.
This guide will help you understand how to track, edit, and control your customers' subscriptions, ensuring you can provide excellent service and handle any customer requests effectively.
The Subscribers section in the Joy Subscriptions app allows you to:
Manage Subscriptions: You can edit or cancel existing subscriptions, reactivate canceled ones, and modify the subscription details according to customer needs.
Manage Address: You have the ability to update the shipping address for customers directly through the app.
Manage Payment: The app also allows you to edit payment information for customers, ensuring their subscriptions continue without interruption.
How to view Joy Subscriptions Subscribers
To view and manage your subscribers:
Step 1: Open the Joy Subscriptions app
from your Shopify admin.
Step 2: Navigate to the Subscribers

Under the list of all customers who have subscribed, you can view details such as Name, Email, number of Active Subscriptions, Cancelled Subscriptions, Payment Status, and Lifetime Revenue for each customer. To modify a specific subscription for a customer, click on their name.
After selecting the specific customer whose subscription activity you wish to view, in the settings section, you can:
View customer portal: This takes you to the customer's account page.
Manage address: This allows you to edit the customer's address.
Manage payment: This enables you to update the customer's payment method.
Note: You cannot directly update the payment method to protect the customer's payment information. Only the customer can change their own payment method.
Viewing and managing your subscribers in the Joy Subscriptions app is straightforward. By accessing the Subscribers tab, you can track key details such as customer names, emails, active and canceled subscriptions, payment status, and lifetime revenue.
For more detailed management, simply click on a customer’s name to adjust their subscription settings, including viewing their customer portal, managing addresses, and reviewing payment information. This ensures you have full control over your store's subscriptions and can provide a smooth and efficient experience for your customers.
