• Edit Fields: Easily modify the text, labels, or placeholders of form fields to ensure they provide clear and accurate information tailored to your target audience.

• Hide Fields: Simplify the form by hiding unnecessary fields, keeping it clean and user-friendly for your customers.

• Delete Fields: Remove irrelevant or redundant fields entirely to streamline the checkout process and minimize customer confusion.

• Rearrange Fields: Drag and drop form fields to organize their order based on priority or logical flow, ensuring a better experience for your customers.

Additionally, you can edit colors for: Primary Text, Secondary Text, Form Background, Summary Background, Badge Background, Field Border and Field Control.

Form Fields

Follow these steps to customize the fields in your COD Form to suit your business needs and enhance the customer experience.

Each field includes four key components that you can adjust

1. Title

Update the title to reflect the purpose of the field clearly.

Enter placeholder text that will guide users on what to input.

1. Additional text (Free text, Subtitle,...)

Add any extra information such as free text or subtitles to clarify the field’s purpose.

1. Mark this field as required

Use the checkbox to make the field mandatory for customers to complete.

Save changes

After editing, click Save to apply your changes to the COD Form.
