Avada EU Withdrawal Form

Avada EU Withdrawal Form helps your store comply with the EU right-of-withdrawal rules by giving customers a simple way to submit contract withdrawal or cancellation requests directly from your storefront. The app adds a ready-to-use Withdrawal Form page and an optional floating widget button, then collects every submission in an admin where you can review, track, and resolve each request.

Behind the scenes the app handles the legal essentials for you — it sends a compliant confirmation email to the customer, notifies you of new requests, and creates the Withdrawal Form and Withdrawal Policy pages on install. Customer and shop data deletion requests are handled automatically through Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks.
