Manage Withdrawal Requests
Prerequisites
- The Avada Withdrawal Form must be active on your storefront so customers can submit requests.
View your requests list
Open Avada Withdrawal Form and go to the Withdrawal request page to see the Withdrawal Requests list.
- Each row shows the Customer, Email, Order, Status, and Date.
- Three stat cards at the top summarize Open Withdrawals, Received Today, and Processed.
- Use Add filter to narrow the list, and the sort button on the right to reorder it.

Click any row to open that request's detail page, or use the checkboxes to select several requests at once.
Understand status values
Every request carries one of five statuses, shown as a colored badge.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Requested | The customer just submitted the request; you haven't actioned it yet. |
| Open | You're actively working on the request. |
| Declined | You've turned down the withdrawal request. |
| Cancelled | The request was cancelled and no longer needs action. |
| Closed | The request is fully resolved. |
New submissions start as Requested. Use the other statuses to track each request through to resolution.
Update request status
You can change a request's status in two ways.
- From the list: pick a new value from the Status dropdown on any row.
- From the detail page: click a request to open it, choose a new value in the Status card, then click Save in the bar that appears at the top.

The detail page also shows the Order/contract number, the date the Withdrawal declaration was received, and the customer's name and email.
Add internal notes
Keep private context on a request without sharing it with the customer.
- On the request detail page, type in the Notes (internal) field.
- Click Save to store your note.

Internal notes are for your team only and are never shown to the customer.
Tips
- Use the Open Withdrawals stat card as your daily to-do count for requests that still need action.
- Click a customer's email on the detail page to start a reply in your mail app.
- Update the status as soon as you act on a request so your stat cards stay accurate.
