Understand Your Dashboard
Overview
When you open the app, the home page greets you and lays out everything you need at a glance.
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Theme store app embed | Whether the form is active on your storefront (On or Off). |
| Quick start guide | The three setup tasks and your progress through them. |
| Stat cards | A live count of open, today's, and processed requests. |
| Recent Withdrawal Requests | The latest 5 submitted requests. |
Use the language selector in the top-right corner to switch the admin language.
Read Your Stat Cards
Three cards summarize your request activity in real time.
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Open Withdrawals | Requests that still need your action. |
| Received Today | Requests submitted today. |
| Processed | Requests you've already resolved. |
Treat Open Withdrawals as your daily to-do count and work it down to zero.
Review Recent Withdrawal Requests
The Recent Withdrawal Requests card lists the latest 5 submitted requests.
- Each row shows the Customer, Date, Order, and Status.
- Click an order number to open that request's detail page.
- Click Show All to go to the full Withdrawals list.
Finish the Quick Start Card
If you're new, the Quick start guide card walks you through three setup tasks:
- Activate the app so the form shows on your storefront.
- Customize form styling to match your brand.
- Add withdrawal form to footer menu so customers can find it.
The card collapses automatically once all three tasks are complete.
Tips
- Check the Theme store app embed badge first; if it reads Off, your form isn't live yet.
- Use Show All whenever you need to search or sort beyond the latest 5 requests.
