Click Backup now
From the Dashboard, click Backup now.
Pick what to back up
Select what to back up: Full store (recommended) or specific resources.
Click Start backup
Click Start backup — the app captures a snapshot in the background.
Wait for completion
Once finished, the backup appears in the Backups list with file count and size.
