Unlimited image optimization requires Pro plan subscription
To protect against trial misuse, unlimited image optimization is now available only with an active Pro subscription. During your trial period, you can scan up to 100 images.

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
How it works:

The free trial is available once per store, on your first subscription to a paid plan.

If you downgrade to the Free plan and resubscribe later, the free trial will not be available again - you will be charged immediately upon resubscribing.

If you uninstall and reinstall the app, the free trial will not reset - it is tied to your store, not the installation.

During the trial, image compression is limited to 100 images.

During the trial, AI generation is limited to 100 AI credits (applies to both Pro and Enterprise).
What happens after the trial ends and you are charged:

Pro plan: the remaining 900 AI credits are added to your balance, bringing your first month to the full 1,000 credits.

Enterprise plan: the remaining 9,900 AI credits are added to your balance, bringing your first month to the full 10,000 credits.

From the second billing cycle onward, credits reset to the full plan quota each month.
Heads up: Once your free trial ends, you will be automatically charged the plan price. Cancel or downgrade to the Free plan before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
If I cancel the paid plans, will I lose the features or effects that were available in the previous pro plan?
- What you still have: Image optimization (limited), Image Alt, SEO Score, Issue checklist and HTML sitemap. Please note that these features may be affected and SEO Score may drop after the downgrade.
- What you lost: All features that are only available in the paid plan
Is it easy to switch between plans?
Yes, it is really easy to switch plans. To switch between plans, go to the subscription page and select your desired plan. You will then be directed to your Shopify admin to approve the subscription.
Can I have a refund?
Yes, you can. We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee (30 days from the start of your free trial), which applies for the following circumstances:
- You do not wish to continue the subscription after the first month
- You cancel the paid plan before the first circle ends
- You forget cancel trial period or have accidentally choose the paid plan without using it in the first month
When will I get charged after the trial ends?
The trial period lasts 7 days for all plans and starts when you activate your trial. The subscription will be automatically added to Shopify billing cycle and billed right after the trial ends according to Shopify subscription charges (opens in a new tab)
Will I be charged after uninstalling the app?
The app's subscription charge module automatically charges the specified amount at regular intervals, usually monthly or annually. If you uninstall the app before the subscription period ends, you will still be charged the full amount for the entire subscription period.
Will I be charged after downgrading from Paid plan to Free plan?
The app's subscription charge module automatically charges the specified amount at regular intervals, such as monthly or annually. If you switch to the Free plan before the subscription period ends, you will still be charged the full amount for the entire subscription period.
How many images can I optimize during my trial?
During your trial period, you can scan up to 100 images. This limit helps ensure our trial system is used as intended.
If you need to scan more than 100 images, you'll need to activate Pro plan subscriptions without a trial.
How many AI credits do I get during trial?
The trial is capped at 100 AI credits on both Pro and Enterprise plans (to prevent trial abuse). Once your trial converts into a paid subscription, the remaining credits for your plan are topped up automatically - Pro receives an additional 900 credits (total 1,000) and Enterprise receives an additional 9,900 credits (total 10,000) for the first billing cycle. From the second cycle onward, you receive the full monthly quota on schedule.
What is an AI credit?
An AI credit is the unit used to run AI-powered alt text generation. Each AI automation action on an image consumes 1 credit.
How do I get more AI credits?
You can get more AI credits by clicking the "Upgrade" button, or by going to your Subscription page in the account settings. Some subscription plans may also include monthly credits.
