If I cancel the paid plans, will I lose the features or effects that were available in the previous pro plan? * What you still have: Image optimization (limited), Image Alt, SEO Score, Issue checklist and HTML sitemap. Please note that these features may be affected and SEO Score may drop after the downgrade. * What you lost: All features that are only available in the paid plan
Is it easy to switch between plans? Yes, it is really easy to switch plans. To switch between plans, go to the subscription page and select your desired plan. You will then be directed to your Shopify admin to approve the subscription.
Can I have a refund? Yes, you can. We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee (30 days from the start of your free trial), which applies for the following circumstances: * You do not wish to continue the subscription after the first month * You cancel the paid plan before the first circle ends * You forget cancel trial period or have accidentally choose the paid plan without using it in the first month
When will I get charged after the trial ends? The trial period lasts 7 days for all plans and starts when you activate your trial. The subscription will be automatically added to Shopify billing cycle and billed right after the trial ends according to [Shopify subscription charges](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps#subscriptions)
Will I be charged after uninstalling the app? The app's subscription charge module automatically charges the specified amount at regular intervals, usually monthly or annually. If you uninstall the app before the subscription period ends, you will still be charged the full amount for the entire subscription period.
Will I be charged after downgrading from Paid plan to Free plan The app's subscription charge module automatically charges the specified amount at regular intervals, such as monthly or annually. If you switch to the Free plan before the subscription period ends, you will still be charged the full amount for the entire subscription period.
How many images can I optimize during my trial? During your trial period, you can scan up to 100 images. This limit helps ensure our trial system is used as intended. If you need to scan more than 100 images, you'll need to activate Pro plan subscriptions without a trial.
What is an AI credit? An AI credit is the unit used to run AI-powered alt text generation. Each AI automation action on an image consumes 1 credit.
How do I get more AI credits? You can get more AI credits by clicking the “Upgrade” button, or by going to your Subscription page in the account settings. Some subscription plans may also include monthly credits.
