Orders
The Orders screen is where you fetch rates, buy labels, and fulfill Shopify orders without leaving the app.
Introduction
Every Shopify order that needs shipping appears as a row in this table. Each row shows the order number, status badge, destination address, line items, package, shipping service, tags, and a contextual action button. The button changes based on where the order is in the buying flow — Get rates, Buy label, Retry, or print/download icons once it's fulfilled.
Understanding the status badges
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ready to buy | The order has not been fulfilled yet. Fetch rates and buy a label. |
| Review errors | A previous attempt failed (rates, buy, or fulfillment). Read the error and retry. |
| Fulfilled | The label has been purchased and the order marked as fulfilled in Shopify. |
What you can do from this screen
- Fetch and compare rates for any order
- Buy a label and auto-fulfill it in Shopify
- Print or download the label and packing slip
- Edit the shipping address directly on the order row
- Filter, search, and sort the list to find orders fast
- Review errors and retry when a step fails
