Settings

One screen, three tabs — everything that controls how Avada fetches rates, prints labels, and connects to your shipping account.

Introduction

Settings holds the configuration that applies to your whole store, not to a single order. The page has a left sidebar with three tabs and a content area on the right.

The three tabs

• Warehouse address — Your ship-from address. Used as the origin point for every rate quote and printed on every return label.
• Saved packages — Your reusable boxes, envelopes, and soft packages, plus your default label size for printing.
• API keys — Your shipping account API key. Connect, swap modes (Test / Production), or remove.

How to switch tabs

Step 1: Open Avada Shipping Labels → Settings from the Shopify Admin sidebar.

Step 2: Click any tab on the left — Warehouse address, Saved packages, or API keys. The right side updates instantly.

Step 3: If you have unsaved changes on the current tab, the app asks you to confirm before switching so you don't lose them.

Overall

Most settings are set once and rarely touched again. Walk through all three tabs after install, then revisit only when you add a new package size, swap to Production mode, or move warehouses.
