Audit logs

Audit logs

The audit log is a complete, time-stamped record of everything that happens in Avada Backups & Restore — every backup, restore, schedule change, and settings update — and who did it. Open it from Audit logs in the app's left-hand menu.

Finding what you need

  • Filter by action — narrow the log to one or more action types (e.g. only Restore failed).
  • Search — search by user name, user ID, or IP address. Search for system to see only automated actions.
  • Sort — order by time (newest or oldest first) or by action name.
  • Paginate — show 10, 20, 50, or 100 entries per page.

Retention

Audit log entries are kept for up to 1 year, then removed automatically. For a permanent record, export or screenshot the entries you need to keep.

💡 The audit log is the fastest way to answer "who deleted that backup?" or "did last night's scheduled backup actually run?"
