Feed details & products
Click a feed's name in Manage feed to open its details page. This is where you sync the feed, see how many products are approved, and fix the ones Google rejected.
Syncing a feed
The main action is Sync — it pulls the latest data from Shopify and pushes it to Google Merchant Center. A progress bar shows while a sync (or status update) is running.
Open the More options menu for:
- Load status — refresh approval status from Google.
- View in GMC — open the feed in Merchant Center.
- Activity — see the feed's sync history.
- Edit — change the feed's settings.
- Duplicate — copy the feed.
- Edit collection — for collection-based feeds only.
- Delete — remove the feed.
The overview strip
Six numbers summarize the feed's health on Google:
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Products | Total products in the feed |
| Approved | Live and showing on Google |
| Limited | Showing, but with limited visibility |
| Pending | Google is still reviewing |
| Disapproved | Rejected — needs a fix |
| Excluded | Intentionally kept out of the feed |
If any products were rejected, a banner reads "X products disapproved in this feed" so you can jump straight to them.
The product table
Below the overview is a table of every product in the feed. Use it to review products and fix issues.
Status tabs
Filter the table by approval status with the tabs at the top:
All · Approved · Limited · Pending · Disapproved · Excluded
Start on Disapproved to see what needs attention.
Filters
Narrow the list further:
- Availability — In stock / Out of stock.
- Issues — show only products with issues.
- Issue type — filter by the specific Google issue.
- Fix type — Auto-fixable, Manual fix, or Edit in Shopify.
The Fix type filter is the fast way to separate what the app can fix automatically from what you need to edit yourself.
Fixing one product
Open the ⋯ menu on a row for:
- View & edit — open the product's details and edit its Google attributes directly.
- Sync — re-sync just this product.
- Include in feed / Exclude from feed — add or remove it from the feed.
View & edit opens the product with its attributes grouped into sections — Product details (Title, Description, Link, Brand), Product images (Image link), Price, condition & availability, Product identifiers (GTIN, MPN), Labels (Custom label 0–4), Apparel product details, and Shipping & returns. Edit the field Google flagged, then save.
Prices and stock stay in sync with Shopify automatically — you don't edit those here. Edit static fields (like title, description, or category) in the app; change price and inventory in Shopify.
Autofix
For issues the app can resolve on its own, use Autofix:
- Select the products (or use the Fix type → Auto-fixable filter).
- Open the Autofix action — a preview shows what will change.
- Click Fix N products to apply.
Autofix handles common, safe corrections. Anything that needs a real value only you know (for example a genuine barcode / GTIN) is left for you to fill in — the app won't invent one.
Bulk actions
Select several products (checkboxes) to act on them together:
- Bulk edit — open "Edit N products" and change a field across all selected products at once.
- Bulk sync — re-sync the selected products.
- Sync status from GMC — pull the latest approval status from Google.
- Exclude / Include — remove from or add to the feed in bulk.
A typical fix-it flow
- Open the feed → check the Disapproved count.
- Click the Disapproved tab.
- Filter Fix type → Auto-fixable, select all, run Autofix → Fix N products.
- Switch Fix type → Manual fix, open each product with View & edit, correct the flagged field.
- Run Sync, then Load status after Google re-reviews to confirm they're approved.
Next steps
- Settings — turn on automatic sync so this stays up to date on its own
