Sync Videos by Hashtag

Merchants can now import videos from TikTok or Instagram using a hashtag — manually or on an automatic recurring schedule. Great for sourcing UGC content without hunting for individual videos.

• Manual import: Go to Video Library → TikTok or Instagram tab → Add video → Use hashtag → enter hashtag → confirm rights → Import
• Auto-sync: Go to Video Library → Auto-sync → Hashtag tab → Add hashtag → set schedule (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) → Add. Shopvid will automatically import up to 30 new videos per session.

How to use: Go to Video Library → Add video → Use hashtag for a one-time import, or set up Auto-sync for recurring imports on a schedule.
