Video caption

Set caption on a video

Open a video from the video library. In the Video caption field:

• Instagram / TikTok videos — caption is auto-fetched from the platform. Edit if needed, then click Resync to pull the latest version from Instagram or TikTok.
• Uploaded videos — type a caption manually.

Edited captions on TikTok or Instagram may take a few hours to resync. If changes don't appear immediately, try resyncing again later.

Enable caption display on storefront

Go to Manage widget → open a widget → Full Screen tab → enable Caption → set Caption size → Save.
