Video Caption

Merchants can now add and display captions on videos in the storefront.

• For videos imported from Instagram or TikTok, the caption is fetched automatically from the source platform. You can edit it manually, then click Resync to fetch the latest version from the platform.
• For uploaded videos, you can type a caption manually in the Video caption field.
• To show captions on your storefront, enable Caption in Full Screen Settings per widget.

How to use: Open a video in the video library → scroll to Video caption → edit or resync → go to Manage widget → Full Screen tab → enable Caption → Save.
