Create / Edit Package
Overview
A Package lets customers pre-pay for a set of sessions that can be redeemed across any combination of your services — not just one, like Bundle. Each package becomes its own real product in your store, with its own page and URL.
How to Access
Go to Packages → Create package, or click the pencil icon on an existing one.
General Settings Tab
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Package image | Upload — JPEG/PNG/WEBP, up to 5MB |
| Name | Up to 80 characters |
| Description | Rich text, up to 500 characters |
| Products | Opens a picker restricted to products that already belong to an existing service — you can't add a product that isn't attached to a service yet. One product can be included in multiple packages |
Sessions & Pricing Tab
For each product/variant you added, configure:
- Sessions — how many of that variant's sessions this package includes (1–50)
- Discount — a percentage taken off the combined subtotal of everything included (0–99%, default 10%)
The final package price is calculated automatically from these.
Validity — sessions must be used within a set number of days of purchase (default 180, max 365). There's no "no expiry" option for packages.
How Customers Buy One
Each package is a real, separate product in your store with its own page — customers can browse and buy it directly, the same as any other product.
On the product pages of services included in a package, a small promo banner appears next to the normal booking button, pointing customers to the package. Clicking it opens a drawer with the full package details.
Buying adds the package to the Shopify cart and goes through standard checkout.
How Customers Redeem Sessions
After purchase, the customer gets an email with a personal link — no login needed. That page shows their remaining sessions and a card for each included service, listing its bookable options with a "Used X/Y" count. They pick which service/option to book a session for; once a specific item's session count is used up, it's disabled while others remain available.
Cancel & Refund
Customers can cancel their whole package purchase if you allow it, from a link in their email — only while no sessions have been used yet and within a cancel window (default 24 hours).
Settings → General → Booking Policy
| Setting | Default | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Allow customers to cancel their package | — | Lets customers cancel via the link in their confirmation email |
| Cancel window | 24 hours | How long after purchase they can still cancel |
| Refund policy | Full refund | Full refund — refunds the package purchase. No refund — customer keeps the charge |
If the underlying Shopify order itself is cancelled, any package purchased on it is cancelled automatically too — regardless of how many sessions were already used.
Viewing a Customer's Packages
Go to Customers → open a customer → their package purchases appear as read-only cards (thumbnail, purchased/expires dates, sessions remaining, status). There's no cancel or refund action here — that only happens through the customer's own link, above.
Keeping in Sync with Shopify
Each package is also a real product in your store. If you edit its price, name, or image directly in Shopify, the app detects the change and syncs it back automatically the next time you open the package.
