Import reviews by URL
1. Access the Feature
In the left menu, select Collect reviews.
Click on Import reviews.
2. Find the product
In the Import reviews feature screen, look for the product you want to import reviews to.
You can utilize our search, filter, and sort button.
3. Fill the import information
Click Import on the product row. A dialog opens with the product info on the left and a URL field on the right.
Paste the source product URL from a supported platform. Air Reviews currently supports:
- AliExpress — e.g.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/red-shirt - CJdropshipping — e.g.
https://cjdropshipping.com/product/red-shirt

By default, Air Reviews uses your store-wide import preferences. To override them just for this product, click Customize settings for this product to expand the options panel.
- Use default import settings — keep this ticked to pull from your store-wide defaults; untick to override.
- Max number of reviews to import — up to 100 reviews per product.
- Filter rating — choose All reviews, 5 stars only, or 4 stars and up (default).
- Sort by — Import latest reviews (default) or Import by Aliexpress default sorting.
- Media — All reviews or Reviews with photos only.
- Publish reviews after being imported — ticked by default; untick to import as drafts that you approve manually.
- Skip duplicated content — skip reviews whose content already exists for this product. Useful for re-running imports from 1 URL without creating duplicates.
- Replace "AliExpress Shopper" and "A***s" format with a random name — replaces the masked AliExpress reviewer names with realistic random names so they blend with your organic reviews.
