New review widgets design
Introduction
Air Reviews has launched a redesigned front-end for its widgets with a contemporary aesthetic that adapts well to various store types and themes.
Major changes noted for you
Flat Border Design
The previous box shadow styling has been replaced with cleaner flat borders.
Dark Theme Support
Dark mode is now available for the Review Box, All Reviews Page, Submit Form, and Review Detail Popup. Carousel and Sidebar widgets will receive this feature soon.
To enable dark theme: Select the Dark preset box in the Branding menu. Details are in the Branding guide.
Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Fixed text wrapping issues in review sorting
- Updated default fonts in detail popups to match store styles
- Repositioned verified badges below avatars when present
- Thumbnail images now display with complete borders
- Enhanced responsive design for mobile and desktop across Review Box and All Reviews Page

How to update to this new design
Option 1: Enable via Info Banner
Look for an announcement banner and click "Update preset." Preview the changes across tabs, then select "Update new preset."
Option 2: Request Customer Support
Contact support via the bottom-right bubble requesting the widget design update.
You can revert to the old preset anytime by clicking the revert button or contacting support.
