The first public version. Includes:
- Customer-facing inline edit on Order Status Page (address, note, cancel).
- Customer-facing item edits: change variant, change quantity, add product, remove product — each toggleable in Settings → Allowed Edit Types.
- Merchant Dashboard with metrics, Quickstart, and Helpdesk cards.
- Activity page with session-based grouping and full diff modal.
- Settings: allowed edit types, time window, max edits per order, email notifications.
- Merchant-side editing on Shopify Order page (address, items, tags, notes, cancel).
- Email notifications: cancel only (default) or all events with hybrid delivery (instant cancel / batched edits).
- GDPR webhooks + 48-hour uninstall data purge.
- Auto-tag on edit / cancel (off by default).
Roadmap (post-MVP)
Tracked publicly so you can vote / request:
- Custom email templates — override the default merchant + customer emails.
- Multi-language storefront — i18n for the customer widget.
- Store-credit refunds — alternative to cash refund on cancel.
- Custom rules per product / collection — finer-grain control of allowed edits.
- Shopify Flow trigger — first-class trigger on edit / cancel events.
- Address validation — Google address validation pass before save.
